Wyoming Claims Association Annual Scholarship Information


On an Annual basis the WCA not only recognizes the Importance of our industries Continuing Education, but we also recognize and contribute to our future generation’s education as well in the form of educational scholarships.


Qualified applicants must be sponsored by a Wyoming Claims Associations member that has been in good standing for a minimum of the last two years.

A candidate is a high school senior with plans to attend an accredited college or university for the upcoming school year OR currently enrolled in a college or university student with proof of attendance and transcripts.

An application will consist of the current candidate’s grade transcript, accompanied by a resume of approximately 250 words which identifies the applicant, their background and their future career path or interest for consideration. To qualify this application must be submitted to one of the current board members by the beginning of May each year.

Scholarship Award : Applications will be monitored and reviewed at the Annual WCA meeting by elected board members and past president for fair review. The scholarships awarded amounts will be based on the number of applicants and monies raised by the Wyoming Claims association for that current year.
